Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday, every other month on odd numbered months at 6pm.
Special meetings are sometimes held and prior notice will be given.
Upcoming meeting dates, times and agendas are always posted on the home page several days in advance.
Please note that meeting dates and times may change due to scheduling conflicts.
We encourage you to attend the meetings whenever possible.
It is a great way to stay informed about what's going on in your neighborhood and how it effects you as a homeowner.

Join Our Board of Directors
Elections for Board members are held every year in February. There are 7 members on the Board. Each seat is a 2 year term, so you would be asked to commit to serving for no less than 2 years.
We encourage homeowners to consider running for a Board position.
This ensures a diverse Board that represents the broad demographic of our neighborhood.
Applications for upcoming election open in November of the prior year and close the first week in January.
New members are seated on the Board at the Annual Meeting in February.
